These conversion sleeves are very useful if your guitar has split shaft pots with splines or if you can only get the value you want with split shaft pots and you want to fit knobs for solid shaft pots.
These sleeves slide over the pot shaft and allow you to fit knobs with a 6.35mm (1/4") hole.
We recommend that you align the grub screw in the knob with the split in the shaft then as you tighten the screw the sleeve with be pressed into the split locking it in place.
We have had them made especially for us in Copper which is a little softer than brass so that they will form into the split more easily.
