We opperate two shipping methods, Royal Mail Tracked 24 (this is a 1-2 day service) and Special delivery. For baskets under £200 you will have the option to shoose the service. For baskets over this value the default will be special delivery due to the need for adequate insurance.
We understand that customers may forget items that are needed and so place additional orders. We will always try to combine them and refund any excess postage but once we have printed the label we will not be able to do this.
