Most of the payment issues that we have are with PAYPAL and usually with our international customers. These are sometimes related to the use of accents in the billing and delivery address, always try to use standard UK characters. Other issues can be related to you local Paypal account and its international opperation.
If you have tried a few times without success please try a credit card directly, if this is not possible or you are still having difficulty please contact us and we can send you a payment link which usually works. Please be sure to let us have your name and order number if you have it.
