This is one of those cases where he can only supply what you can see. There are so many layout options across so many colours that it would be impossible to have them all.
We don't make them, we have them made for us and we have to order 100 pcs per colour per style as a minimum so when you muliply that out you can see that it is a really big number.
There are companies who make these as custom orders when you can pretty much have what you want. Of course they are more expensive but as the more unusual options are not in production this is really the only way.
