This is well known to you all, its the best socket there is, no weak loose spring or iffy contact here. Once your lead is in it's going to stay there until you take it out.

The extra long has a 9.5mm threaded collar which is especially usefull if you are fitting to an SG or Junior or any guitar where the socket passes through the body as the thincness of the wood is often too great for a standard socket with a 7.0mm collar.
